Hatha & Yin & Restorative Classes:

All class sequences are beginner friendly! All Chakra sequences are crafted for a full body stretch and strengthening. All restorative class are crafted for deep stretch, rest and relaxation. Mats and props are provided. To ensure a safe and beneficial environment for every yogi. Please arrive 15 minutes before class to warm up. Once class starts doors will be locked.
